For powerlifters seeking hands-on, personalised support, we offer exclusive 1-on-1 coaching with our expert coaches.
Whether you need a single training session, ongoing private coaching, a technique assessment, or a pre-competition check-up and consultation, our tailored services are here to help you excel.

$70 per week - billed weekly.
Learn the fundamentals of powerlifting and become proficient in the squat, bench press and deadlift under the supervision of an experienced coach in a fun, inclusive environment.
Recommended for beginner lifters, run in small groups on Tuesday, Thursday & Friday 6:30PM-7:30PM.
You will also receive a training program based on proven methods updated every training block.

$85 per week - billed weekly.
Gain access to the gym and expert coaching through CSHQ Hybrid Coaching.
You will work closely with one of our powerlifting coaches who will provide an individually tailored program based on your goals.
Train at the City Strength HQ gym at your own time, and receive in-person coaching during supervised hours.
You will also receive training feedback and after-hours support from your coach online.
Our Memberships

Gain access to City Strength HQ during member hours (6AM - midnight) via keyless entry.
No lock in contract, with fee-free cancellation after 7 days.

Access the gym during staffed hours (9AM - 5PM), or with a current member.
